RETURN POLICY We offer a full refund including return shipping for any fabric that is not what was ordered or is faulty. We do not generally refund cut fabric but if you have a problem with your order please contact us to find a resolution.
SHIPPING POLICY All items will be posted by the same day or next business day after the order is made. We will send you confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We use Australia Post for domestic orders. Regular post should be delivered between 2-6 business days but occasionally something happens and it can take up to 10 days. If you haven't recieved your order within 10 days of postage please contact me and we will arrange a resolution that suits you. Express orders please be aware we are not able to offer next day delivery as we are located outside a city so an extra day or two can be expected. This option is still quicker than regular post.
International customers. We use DHL for international orders. Please be aware of your countries import policy as some countries may charge an import tax upon delivery. Delivery times may vary from country to country.
